The TraVision Foundation is Ireland’s only independent, Traveller-led organisation focused on restoring truth, reclaiming identity, and offering long-term, culturally grounded solutions.
We are not a charity, and we receive no state funding—by choice. Our independence protects the integrity of our mission.
We work where others fear to tread. We uncover truths buried by history, denied by academia, and ignored by policy. And we have done all this without institutional funding, media backing, or political alignment.

🔬 Scientific Breakthroughs
- Confirmed Irish Travellers as the last Indigenous Gaelic population, using combined evidence from genetics, microbiome science, archaeology, and oral tradition.
- Translated inaccessible science into plain truth, making it understandable and culturally relevant.
- Worked with leading experts in microbiology, psychiatry, archaeology, law, political science, and history—bridging disciplines like no institution ever has.
🧠 Mental Health & Healing
- Exposed the root cause of our community’s crisis: psychological colonisation.
- Linked mental health suffering to misrepresentation, identity erasure, and false narratives.
- Offered a new framework for identity, healing, and Indigenous self-recognition.
📚 Education & Advocacy
- Published accessible educational materials, policy submissions, and decolonisation resources.
- Created tools for schools, families, and international audiences in plain language.

🎨 Arts and the Legends and Demons Studio
- Through our Legends and Demons creative studio—built entirely without funding—we’ve reclaimed culture through the arts:
- Developed original, production-ready scripts, stories, and illustrations for film, animation, comics, and educational media.
- Created powerful new mythologies grounded in Traveller language, Gaelic tradition, and microbiome science.
- Positioned Legends and Demons as Ireland’s first Traveller-led cultural studio, ready for global collaboration.
- Used storytelling to reconnect youth, families, and wider audiences with erased histories and hidden knowledge.

- Connected health, culture, trauma, and healing—all without funding.
